Return policy

If Peoria Players Theater performs a show as advertised, there will be no refunds issued on any ticket orders. Should a performance be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be issued to those patrons with tickets for that particular performance, season ticket holders will be rescheduled for a different performance.

There are no refunds on season ticket packages if Peoria Players perform all shows offered.

Hearing Impaired Accomodation Policy

In order to offer the best theater experience we can provide to our hearing impaired patrons, the Board of Directors at Peoria Players are offering the following options, which are reasonable accommodations:
1. We will offer the individual an extra ticket, at no additional cost, allowing them to bring someone along to assist them in following the stage dialogue.
2. If the first option is not acceptable, we will provide a lighted stand with a copy of the script and an individual from Peoria Players to indicate where we are in the script, so that the hearing impaired individual can follow along.
