FLEX SEason TicketsINSTRUCTIONS1. Click the "Flex Season Ticket Holder" button:
2. Click "Add to Basket". (This will need to be done for each season ticket package purchased. Please note, before checking out, you can add more than one season ticket package by clicking the back arrow button on your browser.)
3. Check Out 4. Create an Account as a New User. Please note that this process only purchases the season ticket package, but does not reserve your tickets for each show. 5. Once Flex Season Ticket packages are purchase, ticket holders will be able to select Permanent Season Seats or for each show. |
Permanent Seat Holders1. Click the 2022-2023 Season Tickets heading.
2. Click on the performance day/night of your choosing. 3. Choose your seats (blue are available seats). 4. Check Out Reserving Tickets for Each ShowReservations for each show for our flex season ticket holders are as follows:
Little Shop of Horrors - August 22, 2022 Misery - September 19, 2022 Holiday Inn - October 24, 2022 Gypsy - January 16, 2023 In the Heights - February 20, 2023 The Wedding Singer - April 17, 2023 1. Once the tickets are available on the above dates, you will log in to your account. 2. Click on TICKETING HOME at the top, then choose the show and click BUY TICKETS. 3. Select the date of the show you want to attend, then select your seats(s). 4. Select the Member Allocations ($0) in the drop down menu for that seat. The system automatically will know how many season packages you have purchased. Click Add to Cart. 5. If you want to bring a non-season ticket holder, you may. You will need to select their seat with yours, but select Regular Price ($20 if a musical; $15 if a non-musical) or Patrons 20 Years of Age & Younger ($15 if a musical; $10 if a non-musical). Click Add to Cart. 6. Click Proceed to Checkout. |

Your seats will be reserved in our ticket system until August 20. All you need to do is confirm and pay for your seats. You will need to do this before 10:00 pm on Saturday, August 20, or those seats will be released to the general public. If you would like to change your seats or performance for this season, please contact our box office at (309) 688-4473.
For Wednesday permanent seat holders, because we are canceling our Wednesday performances, you will need to choose a different performance.

With the use of this online ticketing system, there will be service charges applied to your season ticket purchase. Peoria Players does not retain these extra charges; rather, these are fees that Peoria Players is charged by the ticketing system.
Flex Season Ticket Holders, you will see an extra $20.00 included with your charge. To explain this extra charge -- there is a flat $2.00 charge for the purchase of the season ticket package, along with a $3.00 per show charge to cover each transaction ($3.00 x 6 = $18.00). Rather than you being charged those extra $3.00 per show fees at the time of each of your reservations, we felt it was best to charge the sum of these fees upfront. You may also notice that the ticketing system has increased their charges to Peoria Players, which in turn requires us to charge an extra $1.00 per ticket this season, as compared to last season.
Permanent Season Ticket Holders, you will see an extra $5.00 charge for your season ticket package. Since your seats and performance for each production are pre-reserved, there is no additional per show reservation fee.
Grandfathered Lifetime Members:
If you have held a Lifetime Membership prior to July 1, 2020, you are categorized as a Grandfathered Lifetime Member.
For Grandfathered Lifetime Member permanent seat holders, we will take care of confirming your permanent seats and printing your tickets. All you will need to do is pick up your tickets; you may do so anytime between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or at your Little Shop of Horrors performance.
For Grandfathered Lifetime Member flex season ticket holders, we will confirm your season tickets for you. All you will need to do is log in (provide your email address and password) and choose your performance and seats for each show when reservations open on the above dates.
